The Overseas Whistleblowing Support Center, operated by the TSUHO Support Center Co.,ltd.'s main business is to accept whistleblower reports of illegal activities and serious risk information regarding overseas subsidiaries and affiliated companies of Japanese companies, and to report them to the internal whistleblowing center of Japanese head quarter after screening outflow of the classified information or commercial secrets.
At the Overseas Whistleblowing Support Center, not only do we have in place a report processing function according to the laws and regulations of each country, but we also have an internal-company whistleblowing screening function for each corporation such as a verification process with internal reporting rules of each company, which will be conducted to support operational and effective legal overseas internal reporting systems of Japanese companies.
